I had my service technician replace my filter pad last year and watched how it did it. Then I saw what it cost me to have him do it. This product is perfect. It is the actual Honeywell filter pad and has the complete instructions on how to change the filter. It was easy to do and will be even easier the next time now that I have done it once. And, much less costly than paying someone else to do it.

Bought these from a supplier that did not explain in advance that the filter is covered in a white clay which lead to some unpleasant back and forth charges of selling used merchandise. The filter works great and helps keeps our home toasty by keeping humidity levels up during the winter.
